Tracey has over 25 years of experience in controllership in non-profit and private industry. Over the last 10 years Tracey has worked with private equity backed companies with significant growth organically or through merger/acquisition resulting in system upgrades and implementing best practice procedures.
Prior to that, Tracey was the co-founder of a business partnership that consulted for the State of Delaware’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report; and the budget cycle of a biomedical research facility fund by Howard Hughes Medical Institute. The business continues to thrive due to the groundwork created by the Tracey and her business partner.
Tracey worked for KPMG LLP (KPMG) as a senior associate in its Advisory Services Division for both the Senior Care Services Practice and the Public Sector Practice. Tracey brought to KPMG over eight years of experience as an accountant for non-profit organizations and private industries, and over five years as a consultant in private industry.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Widener University (Pennsylvania) and currently resides in West Chester, PA. Tracey is married with three children and three Yorkshire Terriers. She holds the Treasurer seat for multiple boards. The board she is most passionate about is a downhill ski race team foundation her son competes as a U14 racer in slalom and giant slalom.
