In the role of Operations Manager, Zack Hayden is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Brindiamo Group. With over 7 years of operational experience in the alcohol and beverage industry, Zack brings his knowledge and expertise to develop the processes and long-term strategy for the organization.
Prior to joining the Brindiamo Group, Zack served as the Compliance and Inventory Manager at Green River Distilling Company, where he got his start in the bourbon industry in 2016. During Zack’s tenure, the company grew from producing 25,000 barrels per year with 25 employees to over 95,000 barrels per year with 100+ employees.
Zack earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Data Analytics and Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. He currently resides in Owensboro, Kentucky and enjoys playing golf on the weekends.
